About Us

The People Behind
the Mission

Sadriye Görece and Cihat Ersin Aydın have dedicated their lives to one idea: blind people deserve full, independent access to the world. Sadriye was born blind. She studied high school in the United States on a U.S. State Department scholarship, an experience that shaped her belief that accessibility is not a privilege, it is a right.

Cihat has been building ventures since the age of 18, turning unconventional ideas into real products that reach real people. They met, and in 2021 founded BlindLook together. Since then, they've made countless digital platforms and live events accessible to blind users, twice earning a spot on the Fortune 40 Under 40 list. When CEV volleyball league matches became inclusive for the first time, it was BlindLook that made it happen.

Now they're bringing that same mission to the world's biggest stage.
